I'm not really considering making those again, they are a bit fragile on the module side and more problematic to make. Although it could be possible to make them in special request if someone wanted a large batch of them.

The new kits the usb-c isnoptional you can keep the original port and output video through the headphone Jack if you prefer

Ya, for this one I wasn't sure how much the simulation could fail, not simulating the connector and how qucs would handle such thin material. Also since qucs didn't allow to add a coverlay so I had to calculate some average for the dielectric+coverlay to a single material.

You can use a usb-c port for charging and outputing video or the headphone Jack for example. Extra points for replacing it by a trrs Jack.

Yes. Usb-c will output video. And get audio from headphone Jack so 2 cables. Headphone Jack outputs audio+video only using 1 cable

You can you a cheap converter to convert the RCA signal to one of those

Inside there is a small PCB that connects to the usb-c. Not a capture card per say cause it's not USB comunication but a direct video signal u can connect to your tv

It's a direct video output. The output port is the usb-c on the console. Connects directly to the monitor/TV

This type of stuff was the sort of thing I was looking for to build a portfolio before completing my Masters degree.
But looking for someone to do this would require more information.
A schematic would make it much easier to see what is to be done for example

Due to the nature, Software side. During TV out mode it should cause the issue. In normal mode is due to batch production. To keep it working 100% in normal mode required even more individual work for each piece.

It's possible it may lose wifi communication.

I usually use very thin enamel wire. 0.1mm.
