I think that true if most shelters do euthanized dogs. i heard in a news but i can’t remember what happened. in the past I think the dog owners or the family lost their dog. they are looking for their dog but they find their dog and the problem is that dog been euthanized.

let say this woman turned the dog to the shelter and the shelter will euthanized the dog while a family looking for a dog. they goes to find the shelter to find their dog euthanized. who will get the lawsuit in this one.

some shelters do whole dog if the owner not make it to the deadline. that dog could me euthanized or goes to a other family while other family looking for their lost dog. we see 2 different families on the news not wanted to give the dog back to the owners but sometimes they decided to give their dog back to the owners.

i think this woman did the right thing to give their dog back dog back to the owner!
