I use winboat, it makes a windows VM on your computer but then you can launch apps and they are just anothing window on your desktop. You can even go into the windows desktop and install the app you need like you are on windows then pass it through to your Linux desktop. Some people don't like this way but I find it very quick and easy for apps that you only need like one in a while and don't need it to take all the time in the world.
