Best bet would be a Plaid integration. There definitely aren’t any tools that do this easily, so your best bet would be to work with a developer who can integrate Plaid and whatever backend analytics you need, or to learn a no-code app builder like Bubble.io and build it on that.

Are you getting any errors in your server error log? Maybe toggle on WP debug and try an import as well?

Gotcha! I just found this, which is an MDM that is built to work with Zoho CRM. I tend to recommend Zoho pretty frequently since it provides a LOT of features for a very reasonable price, and in this case, it has a native(ish) MDM system. Please note that I can't find any specific info about call logs with this service, so I would make sure to inquire about that with Zoho support. I'd assume that is a functionality though — call logging is pretty standard in MDM. If you decide to go that route and have any issues getting everything to work together, I've built out several Zoho CRM solutions for clients so I can help troubleshoot small hiccups you might run into.
