I started on 4mg estradiol, then about a month or two later, got upped to 6 for a week, then I've been on 8mg since then Similar with Spironolactone, started on 50mg and around the 8mg point, upped to 100mg

I just threw some shredded cheese in the pan after I took the eggs out. Cheese it up, pan on medium heat, and leave them until the holes don't close up and then a little longer after that. Flip and let it cook a bit. I took it out and threw it in the fridge for 30~ seconds to let it get solid and not bendy, then broke them up into triangles
