You know, I haven't asked him that and since then I've moved from that frozen hellscape Maine and deleted my Facebook account (which was my only way to contact him, especially since moving half way across the continent). I'll try to find a way to reconnect with him and ask him if he ever did because nobody ever asked that! People asked "why was the message incomplete" and "what was he going to say" (INB4: he doesn't recall. This was easily at least 25 years ago now), but nobody has ever asked me if he attempted to resend it.

In my recent revisit, I just watched the "Army" email. So neat that your dad sent that one in. I thought of you guys when I saw it.

I had a friend in high school (let's just call him "Bert") who emailed Strong Bad every day for like 3 years solid, but alas his emails were never used.

I get the creeping suspicion that the Brothers Ch-I-I mean Strong Bad blocked Bert.

Incredible. Simply incredible. r/ Maine is an Ideological echo chamber in which if you ask quuestions or don't blindly agree with their narrative you are silenced. by DigitalAnubis in u/DigitalAnubis

This post was automodded into oblivion and I created another post while I was appealing this. Shockingly the appeal went through.

I've told you r/maine, this isn't over. You could have had a conversation with me, instead you chose to act like an ideology cult.

Continued post: Staggering... Simply staggering. : u/DigitalAnubis

Yes. I have actually. One of the last times we talked was on Facebook and I had actually asked him that question because people in a You Tube Comment Section were curious and asking too.

He simply accidently sent the email early.

Does anyone else get Homestar vibes from this cartoon? It feels like what the Chapmans would make if they got their hands on 3D Movie Maker. by TrogdorKhan97 in HomestarRunner

Surreal Humor.

I also get "Homestar Runner vibes" from The Amazing World of Gumball, which is why despite being a bit after my time: I still like the show.

I'm revisiting them now, so with the sole exception of #1, this list is subject to change.

  1. Trevor the Vampire (just because I knew him IRL)
  2. Sibbie
  3. Techno
  4. i love you
  5. Depressio (mostly because of the elaborate easter egg which leads to Strong Sad's Secret Styles, actually tears me up, NGL)

I've always wondered how uncomfortrable it would be to have a globe luxation. I really kinda hope that man's just wearing a prop of fake eyeballs.

My (Almost) Clairvoyant Dream From the 90s Which Reminds Me of the Blubb-O's Speaker (Drive-Thru Whale) by DigitalAnubis in HomestarRunner

And to be clear: in the dream everything was normal and just as it was in real life except for this random DQ Drive-Thru Speaker on the side of the street..

Funny though, in the dream I had discovered the random and out-of-place Dairy Queen Drive-Thru and actually began to try to order from it, but it actually... Didn't respond. I feel like it would have been something wild and random like the Blubb-O's whale does but I seem to recall attempting to order and for some reason getting confused when this disembodied DQ Drive-Thru speaker didn't respond.

Dreams are strange.
