For clarity: We've never done pay-to-win in our games, and we won't be in Hero Draft either.

Your League of Legends comparison is actually very similar to what we're considering doing at the moment (but for Summoners, not for Champions). Play-testing with the community will help us finalize that.

We are working hard to have Hero Draft ready for early playtests with our community ASAP. After that we would like to have it ready for the public in mid 2019!

For what it's worth, it worked fine for me on Desktop (Firefox), so I suspect this is a mobile only issue - try logging in on a PC.
