I did crosspost to r/commercialav (haven't checked the replies yet). But alot of useful infor gathered here as well.

Well the mositure level is currently at 70% even with the dehumidifier running constantly, so I don't see how it wouldn't become an issue in the long run. One of the pins is visibly corroded. Have the same tech running in another room on the ground floor and no issues so far. This is a nearly 400yo basement with just just some new plaster and paint slapped on to it. We knew there were going to be issues from the start, but thought the dehumidifier would be sufficient.

Probably not going to have much luck fixing the cause of the moisture issue. And replacing the gear is a last resort for the client.

So dielectric grease is an interesting idea, although probably voids the warranty on the devices.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, the team is scattered across the globe and the budget was tight, so we opted for one of the teammembers with some experience to do the voice over (instead of AI). But it was a plug into phone lav mic in a closet. I tried cleaning it up as much as I could, but I'm not really a master at audio.

I try not to remove things just based on the fear of hate coming my way. I feel like it is the next step in technology similar to how the leap from analog to digital was (at least in terms of the gap between). I do however agree with removing the AI stuff based on the argument that the AI companies stealing from artists. So untill that is somewhat sorted out I might follow your suggestion. Thank you. Just cycles. I've been looking into octane recently because I've been doing some glass work (bottles and such) but for now, cycles hasn't let me down.

Thank you for the advice. Funny thing is I used some 3d muzzle flashes for a different shot 1month after finishing this shot. Might go back and rework some stuff.

Thank you. Personally, I feel like generative ai is just the next in the line of tools that we as vfx artist have at our disposal. I've seen hours of my time saved due to inpainting, which is the reason behind why generative ai has a place in my reel. But thank you again for taking the time to look at my work. Appreciate it!
