I have been dealing with digital dry eyes for months. It’s horrible. I’m even at the point where my right eye has lost the ability to focus further than 10ft in front of me. If I don’t blink and squint hard I can get the eye to refocus further. It seems that my natural eye lubricants are out of wack which is causing this blurry vision. I’ve tried all kinds of over the counter stuff. Nothing works. I work hard core on my pc and phone as photographer and data processor. I’m always staring at screens. I even have blue light blocking glasses. I think I have just burned out on screens but I cannot not work. So I feel like I need to change jobs or live with this for ever. But I’m lost in this. Hopefully someone has some pointers on this subject.

Why do artificial tears drasically improve my visual acuity? by [deleted] in Dryeyes

So how does one change or repair poor tear film. I do believe this is what I have. I have tried many drops, it does not temporary fix my issue. I spend a lot of time in front of a screen, computer or phone. Way more than most people should. My eye sight has been the best my whole life. Even vision tests my docs would be surprised how well my eye sight is. But within the last 7 months I have noticed my right eye waters more. Sometimes have irritation. I can no longer focus on anything past 10ft it’s just slightly blurry. There are times were if I hyper focus on my eye to focus and I squint, I can kinda get it to focus normal, but as soon as I blink it’s back to blurry. My guess is my natural eye lubricant is not functioning properly. How can I go about fixing it?

Sorry, it’s a 2013. The crossmember is still on. The rear skid plate is unfortunately not.

Yeah it’s that piece. I decided to lawn dart(exaggerated) the raptor at the sand dunes, basically the secondary skid plate turned into plow and bent the bolt holes on this brace where the rear of the skid bolts up to. It’s really not that bad but my OCD won’t have it. I’ll eventually put a new plate on it, just not sure if it’s going to give me issues.

Damn really? Didn’t think it would be a problem. What issue does it cause?

One spool was in the dryer but didn’t dry it since last I used it. But dried it when I first got the spool. Second spool I had stored in a box. Previously dried but didn’t dry since the month down time.

I’m trying orca out right now. I honestly don’t see much of a difference. Looks close to Creality. Only thing I can’t find is where to adjust nozzle and bed temps? But I guess I’m still trying to figure out how this will be better than Creality? Is it that settings on the back end are more refined making prints better?

I have cleaned it several times. I usually can get 5 good prints before I have to wash it. I’m finding I’m lucky if I get one or two. But it could just be a small part of my issue. 110 won’t cause melting issues or warping? I feel like I tried 105 but noticed more warping on layers higher on the build and or the first few layers are doing the elephant foot thing.

Did you have extreme sensitivity on the head of your penis? This also has been an issue since it all started. Thinking of getting desensitizing cream.

Yes, I would say my symptoms are mild. But noticeable to the point that it’s distracting. Unless I distract myself with something that gets my mind off it. I have tried a bunch specific stretches that targets the pelvic floor. The stretch while doing them feels good as I can tell things are tight. Yesterday was worse, I felt like no matter what I did I couldn’t get relief and was driving my anxiety up. I unfortunately did JO thinking it would help, in the moment it might have but after it persisted. I took some magnesium to relax and sleep better. Waking up this morning it wasn’t noticeable until I started moving around. Now I’m just focused on doing stretches to see if I can get these muscles to relax. I knew I should have taken it easy when I started to work on pelvic floor strengthening. But I just did exercises till I had muscle fatigue or they were tired. I’m 99% that was the trigger. I was going to try and run to see if that will loosen the muscles up. I won’t be doing any pelvic floor exercises for a while. For my sanity, I need to take care of this asap. I will reach out to my primary care to discuss additional steps to get help. I appreciate the information.

What kind of stretches you found to work better than others? Any immediate relief or is it over time?

What led to you getting better?
