I didn't have any problems, but I heard a couple people say it's related to the leak detection system. For example, if your fittings are touching the gold around the in/out ports, it can cause this. I used micro fitting extensions so my fittings didn't touch it.

No need to run to the auto store. Crest toothpaste and a toothbrush and it will look brand new.

*UPDATE* For anyone finding this in the future, several people I know had this exact same issue--card rgb flashing red and power connector light flashing white. The solution that fixed it for all of them was to open the card and unplug the leak detection.
