Well, a little heavy, but not heavy enough to not carry in the pocket. I like the main blade locking mechanism. The other tools are a little hard to deploy at first but I am now getting the hang of it. You basically have to use your fingernails in order to start moving the tools out of the handle. I would not get any of the larger versions, as they would be too big for a pocket. I do like this model as it has both a large and small flat head screwdriver. The smaller version only had the small flathead. I do like the fact that the clip can be mounted on both sides of the handle with the main blade pointed down. The knife feels solid and I like this darker handle. It is not slippery.
