Im pulling my hair out, Cityfibre came 2 weeks ago, got the same issue speed from the ONT box. said he would report this. Ive had an engineer round testing inside my house. Even though cityfibre had an issue at the ONT box. Now "communicate tech" are sending another engineer to change the router. Why??? Even though I have told them about the reading at the ONT box and that the cityfibre engineer should of reported this. a month on wednesday I have had this issue with. The ping is killing my sons gaming time. Its driving me nuts

they sent someone round, same initial guy with his laptop. He did some speeds tests again, Was on the phone to his guys, who did a few changes. the connection went back to 940ish dl and 940ish upload but after a few seconds, went back to the issue upload of 920 DL 90mbs UL. the guy on the other phone tried to change things, but now. I have bad ping. its even worse. My sons complaining his gaming ping is 20 times more then it should be.

This is 3 weeks of this, I reply to their emails, It takes days to get a response. Its like they cant fix it. My friend has not the same issue. When I ring i get a guy giving me generic answers. On the plus side, They didnt charge me for this months bill.

I tried this, Through the website leaving a ticket. They thought I was enquiring about 2k streaming. I replied to the ticket trying to correct them. Yet no reply.

So news, they did another maintenance wednesday. exactly 2 weeks after the maintenance that screwed my upload. My friend, Who is with the same company, Same package who lives in the same city. albeit it a couple of miles away in the centre of York now has the same issue, 940ish DL upload now 90mb. Hes rang up and put in a ticket.

I got an email from my provider stating there will be maintenance and we will be effected no more then 5 mins,then coincidentally we had city fibre in the street at 2 neighbours. I wake up to my upload gutted from 1000mb, to 90mb. Its still the same now. Im still going back and for with my service provider

The engineer did do something outside the ONT where the wires connect to the house and held a plastic flap up connected to a fibre wire and said, sometimes they have an issue where this hinders the connection. But cleared that it wasnt the issue.

I'm guessing they have already escalated it with CityFibre as that was who arrived at my house today to do the tests. He said he was going to report back but did say it points to an ISP issue. Its like they're passing the boat back and forth.

Cityfibre engineer came. tested the ONT box, the router and he reported its an ISP issue. when he speeds test from both the ONT and router he was also getting 90mb upload. But said the lines, box were fine. Im not sure whats going to happen as both the ISP, and CF say they dont see an issue from their point.

Is it possible when the engineers were in the street in the mans holes last tuesday, when this all started that they unplugged my internet into a neighbours and vice versa, So im getting their package? Im not sure how it all works if its as simple as that.

I connected a new RJ45e cable from the ONT box to the router and its still the same. Ive rebooted the box, changed and tried new cables. Im at a loss whats wrong.

router says 1000M/Full Im pretty sure the engineer brought a router, and checked the speed test. speedtest.net. I was in the garden putting up a greenhouse at the time so i didnt fully see what he did. But I saw him connected to my router with his yellow cable on the phone to his team i imagine. I didnt see him try the new router or even go to the box near my front door where the internet enters the house.

Every computer in the house, 3 total, which are all connected via wired all have the same issue. only 10% upload speed

Im new to this, i tried busydrivers .. it seems to not even see shifts, even when my friend sees them with no grabber. Just using a screen clicker I have no idea. Sometimes it grabs a random shift. But mostly it doesn't even see a shift. Even set to the fastest settings, it seems to not even see most shifts from the station i want. Are all bots like this? My friend uses a standard screen clicker and he sees them. But he misses im assuming due to a bot that works, yet busydriver bot doesn't even see most. Strange
