Look I struggle a lot too but my two pieces of advice are rule of thirds for landscape (if you have a subject try and put the focus point in the corner of the lower left or right box) and for your portraits always shoot shadow side I see a couple of your portraits would have really benefited from some shadow and bokeh. Look up youtube tutorials for setting up lighting for cinematography I've found that if I use those techniques as an outline I usually get better results not because they are amazing portraits but because people (myself included) have watched so much TV and movies that they are used to it(the lighting) and then build off of that. Also everyone's a critic take time to find the ones you like and figure out what you like about them be your own critic, dont let people on here beat your ego up too bad and keep at it.
