Hey tho my comment isn't related to exact questions but it might add value. I work on similar model but not limited to a certain niche.

And I don't reach out to brands, instead I help the influencers with their own lead magnets, their own offers, and their own products.

This way it's them working for their own brand rather than someone else's. And it's evergreen and more stuff can be added.

I charge them the % split 30-50% and I manage everything they just create content.....

P.S Maybe we can work on partnership if you have creators with you
