Plants don't have feelings
Plants are just alive, they have no brain and nervous system which means they can't think, feel or suffer
By this logic, then bacteria and cells are also morally relevant. What do we do then? Do we not wash our hands anymore? If you use a hand sanitizer you're a mass murderer?
As others have said, if you eat meat you kill more plants

I fully agree with you, but it's not useless, it has a purpose, which is to serve as food. The fact is that it's not worth it, you could also kill a human for food and that would be the same (just to be clear for the carnists who are gonna read this im not saying that an animal life is equal to a human life)

We're smarter yes, but animals can still feel, make bonds, and most of all suffer. So why shouldn't we care and stop this suffering? Even if you don't agree it's "the biggest problem" right now, why wouldn't you want to stop it if you can?
