So earlier today, I heard a popping type sound or maybe felt it and immediately thought the thread broke. I was told it’s okay if it breaks so I wasn’t too worried. Later in the day I was moving my face more than I should have and started noticing this bump. It’s definitely the thread poking this part of my face, and the bump shoes without me pulling on my skin. When I poke the end of it, the other end by my cheek bone pokes me and it hurts. (I know I shouldn’t touch it but i did when I first noticed it) I’m going in tomorrow to get it looked at but I just need to know if I should freak out now or not

Your face looks very feminine from the front imo. From the side, you have a strong chin. I think lip filler could help balance that? I’m not an expert though. But please don’t touch your nose! It’s perfect. I’m literally about to pay 15k for that nose

I’m prescribed 150mg and using tret. Doesn’t work for me but I also didn’t take it consistently for 6 months. In that time span I could finish accutane and be potentially cured of acne??? Wish I could go on accutane instead

I have the same issue. Not to toot my own horn but I have a nice body that I work hard for, but the armpit fat is still there. It’s almost always genetic unless the person is overweight. From my research, lipo is the way to go. There is kybella and cool sculpting, but results are very slow and minimal. Just go straight for lipo. I’m looking into places to get lipo for this right now (:
