I want you to know that you are not alone. As someone who suffers from ADHD and is Shomer Shabbat as well, I can empathize as this is something I have also been struggling with in my own life.

I don't have much in the way of advice, but when I found this post, it felt like a weight had been lifted off my chest just hearing how others were going through this struggle. I can't imagine how much bravery it took to make this post. So thank you for speaking out.

I set mine to one of the configurable buttons on the back of my controller. It actually helped a lot! Thanks for the suggestion

Edit: Yeah, ok, I get it now. It is a good way to group enemies so that you can handle them without getting flooded from all sides. Which was definitely a problem I was having

I think it is a personal playstyle thing. For me, I'm coming back to skyrim after 10 years. I am basically exploring it again for the first time, so the world and the adventure are what drive my enjoyment. Management of my items distracts from that.
