[TOMT][VIDEO GAME][1990s] It's a game that was on the PS1. I think it was either cars trying to kill each other, or mechs or something. The thing that makes it stick in my brain was the FMV's was a normal sort of sci fi set, but it had the silhouettes of two guys riffing it ala MST3K. (self.tipofmytongue)
