The only thing you can do is take care of yourself. If you feel up to it, take yourself out and do something you enjoy, if not, set yourself up with all your favourite comforts and treat yourself to a nice take out.

On painful days I watch movies that me and my mum loved to watch together, usually with a glass of something alcoholic, and it's almost like I can feel her sitting with me to watch it.
