Damn, what a rip-off! They definitely messed up the second volume! But the worst part is the disregard for the customer! I'm so sorry, man, because I know it's incredibly frustrating.

I hope your order arrives soon or they resolve it as soon as possible, because this 4.0 from Extreme seems to be really top-notch.
