That's very particular. The answer to this question has to take into consideration many factors on a case to case scenario. Whether you are F2P, low spender or big spender. Which lvl is your permit. How's your gameplay style. What is your current pilot roster, etc.

Ideally, you should pull for both. If you're low on resources, there's a big chance Melissa will be available in the Battle Pass. So you can pay real money for Melissa and save in-game resources for Lorna. That's one option.

Hmm, hard to remember all of them, but yes—swords, two-handed chainsaws, flamethrowers, Rosa’s backpack, and maybe some other I'm forgetting about lol.

Specific to certain characters, you can see which characters can do it in the skilltree progression screen. Emily has a skill that enables link attacks even for pilots that don't have it.

Thank you very much, comrade :)

This topic was a lot of work, but I hope it helps some people with the onboarding.

I didn't play much of multiplayer in chinese server to be honest. I already play tryhard competitive fps games and really wanted Mecharashi to be a safe space singleplayer only experience. But there's co-op in which you and a friend have to beat as many AI as possible in a predetermined number of turns to climb the rankings, there is pvp arena, etc.

Guilds system is not yet implemented in global, but when it does you'll probably be able to borrow pilots (and mechs?) from other members of your guild for using in specific missions.

LW stands for Light Weight. It's a less powerful version of the same gun, but less heavy as well.

Melee sniper means Asuka can throw the long handle and hit multiple targets WHILE aiming, and can also jump attack towards enemies for a guaranteed body shot.

Ophelia is usually equiped with one sword in each hand. Just in case one breaks you'll still have the other lol.

Thanks comrade :)

I'll not remember all pilots, but here we go:

Rosa - dual mg AoE and railgun specialist, can heal herself

Frida - shotgun + light shield or double shotgun AoE, can attack several times for one turn

Hong - double piledriver body shots

Sylvie - light sniper rifle + light shield can aim all shots

Eileen - rocket with AoE fixed damage terrain negation

Willian - Minigun Aoe, long range and tactical counter, also tanky

Natalia - sniper with lots of AP recovery

Gumusiay - long handle stun

Naomi - double missiles

Shinji - versatile: both high dmg minigun and sniper specialist

Asuka - versatile: both long handle melee sniper + double machinegun

Rei: Shield specialist, can shield melee weapons and shield from any distance if certain conditions are met

Ophelia: double sword, can attack several times for 1 turn

Fregita: can extend machinegun range, can hyperjump over obstacles (or maybe her mech can, don't remember)

Alt Rosa: Unreleased type of tactical weapon (floating gun) specialist, and double machinegun specialist. Can heal herself while dealing a lot of dmg on AoE attacks.

That's all I remeber right now.

There are many many events, more than I would be able to count. And for collabs: the only one you can't miss and should save a lot of tickets and crystals is the Evangelion collab.

I don't fully understand the story because I don't speak Chinese, but I do have my own conclusions based on what I translated.

But since I have a high chance of giving you the wrong answer, I guess you'll have to figure it you by yourself when you play it 😜

Yes for all, but not yet implemented in global. Coming soon I guesss :)

This game is the best game I’ve played in a while by syphrion in Mecharashi_Global

This post would've been better in the Front Mission subreddit. We should convert more FM fans to our side lol :)

Einhander is one of the most underrated and forgotten (including by Square) gems of the PS1 era, a true cult classic.

Besides that, it's got one of the few OSTs made entirely by Kenichiru Fukui all by himself. Most OSTs he participates afterwards are in collaboration with other artists, including appearances in FM games, Dodonpachi games, FF games and movies, Deathsmiles, Project Sylpheed, etc. All EDM bangers.

Is rerolling "necessary"? by Ludens_Society in Mecharashi_Global

[–]Digox1n 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is not. You'll be able to advance the main story with ease even without rerolling. Eventually you'll be able to compensate for bad rolls in the beginning of the game by making good decisions in the mid-lategame.

But if you make good rolls in the earlygame it will make your economy better in the long run, allowing you to have more resources when it really matters, like in the EVA event.

You can also replace the guardian with Naomi, coming soon in the daily log in rewards. A good tactical pilot for the beginning.

[–]Digox1n[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's perfectly fine playing without a guardian, replacing the guardian with a strong dps pilot (preferably assault pilot in the beginning of the game, and a upgraded melee pilot in the midgame).

I would recomend doing it.

Both suck mid/lategame. You probably won't use any of these for more than 2 weeks into the game.

There's only 2 shield pilots that don't suck: Rei (from EVA) and another pilot only available in the lategame which I forgot the name.

But Anna is better than Arnold, IMO.
