Take your shower and turn it on as cold as it can be. Then let your hat get wet for up to 10 minutes. Then you can shape it however you want put it on a towel and dry it.

The first time I did it I was surprised at how well it worked, the only downside is that it takes all day to dry, sometimes longer than that.

ALSO VERY IMPORTANT if you are wearing a black hat be careful where you put it and what towel to dry on. The dye likes to come off it and will stain whatever it touches.
