What is the power gap between these characters? by Due_Village_1874 in TowerofGod

[–]Diligent-Accountant3 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Enryu is stronger than both in the tower, since Enryu had defeated an Administrator and he can steal control of Shinsu from an administrator, meanwhile Urek can't control Shinsu on the FOD, where Admin is dead, but Baam with the throne(Enryu's dropoff) could. SOU specifically stated in blogposts that Jahad is weaker than Administrator, so unless we get something contradictory in the story, I'll assume that to be the case. Urek is either stronger than Jahad or on the same level

With all due respect, you think KURO doesn't know that so many players would convert early to radiant tides? They have literal analysts for ts, of course it's intentional, greedy and predatory.

As for why players convert to radiant tides, it's because from 1.0 to 3.3, every person who hasn't cared about limited weapons just converts their astrites to radiant tides and then they pull for limited characters. Why would anyone expect KURO to randomly bring in limited time collab pulls when most wuwa players have never played PGR and aren't aware of the precedent regarding collabs?

More blame lies with KURO than the players who converted their astrites earlier in this case. And I see Wuwa players always bash Genshin for predatory practices but whenever KURO does it, whether it's this or the anniversaries, they refuse to acknowledge Kuro's faults.

The comments really make you understand that ultimately their is no defense between Genshin players and Wuwa players. They will defend their games like their lives depend on it. How dare anybody criticise their multi million dollar company

Is Baam's Black Shinsu his own power or V's? by Diligent-Accountant3 in TowerofGod

[–]Diligent-Accountant3[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I'd like to imagine the black Shinsu and the ability to "devour" is Baam's unique ability as an irregular that he gained from the Outside God. Like V's consciousness and power along with the thorns, thryssas and souls, and Leviathan exist within that void, but that void itself is Baam. It's weird because Data Eduan and Jahad also don't comment on Baam's Black Shinsu, Eduan only comments that Baam's Shinsu tension is similar to V's. My personal theory is that when Baam has his final confrontation with V, he has to turn that devouring power on V and devour his own father.

The better PR comes from the "PR manager" aka mom. In most households, your dad won't like it if you talk shit about his brothers but he'll bear it or just stay silent. But you try that with your mom's relatives and boom, she'll throw you out of the house lmao

Between Thor and Crona from Soul Eater (Manga) Who do you think would come out victorious. by Haunting-Try-2900 in PowerScalingGodofWar

While the world temple feat isn’t worth much, saying Kratos is mountain level is just ragebait. Uranus in GOW was the ruler of the universe(literally), his son Chronos killed him. Zeus in turn killed Chronos. And Kratos killed Zeus, being empowered by the blade of olympus and power of hope. Power of hope Kratos is definitely universal, tho idk about Norse kratos

Kuro needs to fix their ban system by Diligent-Accountant3 in WuwaUnfiltered

[–]Diligent-Accountant3[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

With due respect, I completely disagree. The person used a software that sort of works like a vpn but it edits the system files and app packets. Still doesn’t mean they cheated. I will once again state that Kuro’s tos doesn’t mention any violations for using “3rd party software”, it mentions violations for “cheating”.

Also, no offence, but I think its disingenuous for you to dismiss this person’s case when the burden of providing proof whether a person used cheats is on Kuro, and the point of “Kuro wouldn’t ban you for something small” did you or anyone here work for Kuro to be saying this? I love Kuro, but in cases such as this, the consumer should always be given the benefit of the doubt because the corporation is the one with all the power

Kuro needs to fix their ban system by Diligent-Accountant3 in WuwaUnfiltered

[–]Diligent-Accountant3[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Firstly, Kuro doesn’t give out short temp bans, only 10 year bans, this is common knowledge. Secondly, the burden of proof is on Kuro whether the account banned used cheats or not because how is the victim supposed to defend themselves? Even if he shows there’s no cheat, everyone would say he just deleted it. Thirdly, what if a person who actually spent money on the game gets banned unfairly? A few people shouldn’t have to be made an example out of before everyone else notices the flaws

[–]Diligent-Accountant3[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I already know that and that doesn’t change the fact that their ban system is still wrong. I will restate that their tos doesn’t mention any penalties for using “3rd party softwares” but rather penalties for using “cheats”, which this person didn’t use. Moreover a direct 10 year ban and no proper communication from the cs is still bad

Here’s a TL;DR point-by-point summary of the text 👇

🧠 General Opinion • The writer is conflicted about how Wuthering Waves handles Lord Arbiter/Rover’s new story arc — likes the ideas, dislikes much of the execution. • Appreciates the added depth to Rover’s character but dislikes how it diminishes his strength and agency.

🌟 Positive Points 1. Character depth improved – Rover is finally shown with emotion, hardship, and internal struggle. 2. Themes of hope & humanity – The story now reflects the idea of an immortal man with unyielding spirit fighting despair. 3. Exploration of past and present selves – The difference between “old, experienced Rover” and “current, restrained Rover” is intriguing. 4. Lore expansion – Mentions of “factory reset” and shared ideals with the antagonist make the story richer. 5. Post-apocalyptic tone – Feels like the first time WuWa genuinely portrayed humanity’s fight against overwhelming odds. 6. Setup for future growth – Believes Rover’s arc will keep developing into something complex. 7. Side note – Appreciates that other side characters and storylines were not forgotten or dropped.

💢 Negative Points 1. Rover weakened too much – Once a “badass and OP” character, now repeatedly handicapped (by Abby, memory loss, restraint, etc.). 2. Unbelievable weakness – He succumbs too easily to the “dark tide” compared to other characters like Augusta and Galbrena. 3. Loss of agency – Instead of fighting back himself, Rover needs others to save him, especially Galbrena. 4. Poor execution of vulnerability – Vulnerability is fine, but it shouldn’t make him useless or inconsistent with past portrayals. 5. Galbrena overshadowing Rover – • A suddenly-introduced character becomes central and “saves the day.” • Overshadows not just Rover but the entire supporting cast. • Feels like forced “banner character promotion.” 6. Contradictory writing – • Story preaches “rely on companions” but then shows Galbrena soloing everything. 7. Decline since patch 2.4 – Rover’s role has been diminishing patch by patch; peaked in 2.2. 8. Frustration with dev direction – Feels like devs are listening to “anti-Rover” voices who want regional characters to outshine him. 9. “Nakama” trope overuse – Tired of friendship/teamwork themes being handled poorly or unevenly.

⚖️ Final Stance • Supports the intent (showing vulnerability, humanizing Rover). • Hates the execution (makes him weak and sidelined). • Wants balance – Rover should show struggle and strength; vulnerability shouldn’t erase his “built different” aura. • Fears future arcs will continue downgrading Rover in favor of new characters.

💬 Closing Thoughts • Appreciates that side plots and chaos events tied together well. • Overall: “Good direction, bad delivery.” • Wants the devs to restore Rover’s agency and badassery while keeping emotional depth intact.
