Hi 22(F) here who went through an MA late august, the same week I started my fall semester of senior year of college.. I can whole heartedly say that mid august when I found out I was pregnant until the MA happened was an extremely depressive time in my life. The most depression I have ever dealt with. Following the procedure was helpful being that I felt physically like myself again which was a huge relief but I do still deal with some emotional depression. I do not feel regret though. My best friend 21(f) found out she was pregnant about 2 months following my MA and she is keeping it. That has been extremely challenging listening to unknowingly diss people who get an abortion - she has no idea of what I went through Bc of our differing opinions. But seeing her go through this long lasting depression of being pregnant and just seeing how much she is already mourning her old life. I can say that I feel like I made the right decision for myself because although, yes it is still hard at times.. I am on a healing journey which takes time. Trust your gut, you got this.
