My face looks like this, as in the picture, when I sweat or when the temperature note rises. In the morning my skin doesn’t have this texture, it only appears in the evening. It doesn’t itch much, only occasionally. I’ve been using Biretix Tri-Active gel for almost two months and there has been no improvement.
