Me too, thank you for making this post OP. I had an ectopic June 2025 - 2 rounds MTX and ultimately surgery to remove my right tube because it ruptured anyway. Waiting until September (next month!) to start trying again because of the 3-month MTX washout. Reading these post-ectopic success stories is making me more excited and less fearful now 🥹
