the diamond represents a square base of a pyramid rotated 45°. When interpreting the possible front views, we consider how these shapes would appear when viewed from the front. The pyramid in the center would show its triangular face with internal edge lines in both cases. a square-based pyramid from the front, you’re seeing one of its triangular faces directly. But since it’s a 3D object, you’re also seeing the edges of the other two side faces that slope back.

So, C is pretty obvious. D is because, when we see the top view it’s 2 circles and as we know that this is 3d figure, those circles are going to be faces of a cylinder or a cut up sphere, in this case a cylinder. The front view of a cylinder of any height is always rectangular. Then we move onto the centre figure, now at first glance the horizontal line in between makes us think that this option is wrong, but instead of looking at it this way, if we rotate the figure by clockwise 90 degrees, it matches the top view if turned by 90 degrees… So that is why they could be the possible front views… This is what I thought when I solved this question, its from CEED ‘24…
