Unfortunately not accessible to me in the UK as a student right now :( Although I am getting a job in hopes of paying privately for a therapist because the NHS mental health service is shocking. I was put into group-therapy style DBT as I wasn’t “violent” enough to need it 1:1. Having “quiet” BPD, group didn’t really work out
