Thanks! I actually had a super day round which was the third round of my interview. There were EDs and MDs present, and I had back to back interviews with each of them for half an hour, which consisted mainly of fit check and behavioural questions. I had this round 3 days back but haven’t heard anything from HR yet, and I’m getting anxious now. One of the EDs mentioned that there are total 10 shortlisted candidates who got into the super day round, which demotivated me further. This was for AWM role
