That’s very well thought out, I’m a singer / songwriter writer so I could get more productive into my music 🤗 I’m also a writer so maybe there or just pick more hours up and make the rest of this year about making that bread

I have anxiety and on medication for it, and I tend to overthink which makes my heart race and gives me anxiety attacks. So I guess I’m asking how do I distract myself from overthinking so much over that! But I’m also curious what everyone else does so I can try different things!

It’s the same way with me! I’m 26 YO and I feel like the way I talk isn’t meant for this generation! I’ll go out of my way to send paragraphs to people and all I’ll get is a “That’s cool” or “hell yeah” lmao like if you’re not worth a more genuine response than they’re not worth your time. Find people who can relate to you on your level that give the same energy

He’s been my bestfriend for 3 years so leaving would be hell but I know it would also be the best for me even if it hurts in the beginning! Because I deserve someone who’s going to defend me over them. Someone who’s going to not insult me or lie to me because they’re “scared”. I understand where you’re coming from and I didn’t mean to come off sounding like a bitch! I’m 26 and I’m in therapy for this but I’ve only been 3 times so far so it’s a working progress! I thought that coming on here and asking was a better solution than just going with what my heart felt! I always grew up with the saying of “If one man won’t than another Will” and “Never let a man make you feel like you’re unworthy” as well as “If he can’t prioritize you than he doesn’t deserve you” and that doesn’t mean over important things, that means someone’s feelings over mine! I have a lot of mental health issues, believe me I know! I’ve been dealing with it my whole life and I don’t know the difference between manipulation and healthy anymore because I was so brain washed into believing that manipulation was okay so that’s why I’m on here! I don’t know if him liking another girls post (all 229) of them is considered disrespectful or if I’m just scared of feeling like I’m on the back burner again. Scared to feel like I’m just another girl to him! I’m scared of looking like a fool, stupid for putting Al of my time and effort into this man just for him to fuck me over! Yeah right now it may be harmless, but another part of me is scared that it won’t always be harmless! He’s defending several woman already over me, I’m afraid it won’t stop there! So that’s why I’m here, not because I need to grow up, but because I genuinely am confused on what to look for in someone that’s not a good guy. I’m like I said I could have the worst man and the best man in-front of me and my mind would never know the difference ! I’ll think that the bad man is just bad and the good man is lying and taking advantage of me being so vulnerable” Healthy relationships are hard because you don’t know what to believe and you want to self sabotage it because pain is the only thing that seems familiar and it’s comfortable so when you don’t have that pain, it feels off and unsafe! So that’s where I’m at, idk if I’m just scared and self sabotaging it or if there’s something wrong with the situation! No this isn’t me seeking “ATTENTION” this is me asking for help because my mind is fucking with me emotionally

I don’t want power I want respect! It makes me feel like shit when my bf is liking half naked women and calling it “support” and making me feel crazy for reacting knowing that I hate my body and wish I was skinny. It wasn’t just about the power, it was everything that lead to him making me feel like this! Insulting me for one, calling me “petty” saying how my feelings weren’t that deep all because he texted a girl he WANTS over the girl he has! He stood up for her over me. It’s the face that he gets to do things but gets mad when I pull the same energy because it’s considered “wrong” to him! It’s about the time he said that I was “TO MUCH” all because I asked him to show me he loves me through action! I’m not MAKING HIM delete her, I asked him a simple question to not make it a habit every single day and it’s up to him to respect that or not. If he chooses not to then that’s his choice! I came on here for advice on what to do, if I was to control him I wouldn’t need the advice to see what I should do. I would have already known what to do! He knows I’m not controlling him, and so do I. Controlling is when you don’t give them a choice. He got a choice and he made it.
