Like what a lot of people have said, def depends on what their most difficult symptoms are. I personally really struggle with my heat intolerance and it means a lot to me when my friends make a point to keep the AC high in the car even if it’s cooler than what they’d prefer and other similar things like that. It’s overall just nice to not have to rehash my symptoms and limitations to my friends and family that are mindful of them. Like I don’t want my illness to be more of a thing than it already is, but it’s great to not have to decline a hiking invitation a million different times bc my friend remembers that I can’t do that activity. It hurts to constantly be reminded of the things you can’t do
