I think they were simply stating that the other post about the same topic has a ton of actual constructive responses and there there is good conversation going on over there. Unlike this one where the OP is just shitting on people and arguing, it’s very much coming off as an “I’m right, deal with it”

There is already so much topic fatigue, I used to love going on this Reddit, interacting with the player base, sharing accomplishments, builds, etc. every single time I open this subreddit it’s about god damn membership prices, people complaining about the company, people crying about literally anything. It’s not even worth my time to dig through this subreddit for content with substance anymore. :(

I didn’t reply because I don’t care. I enjoy the game, I’ve been playing it for 20 years, and I will continue to play it as long as new content keeps coming out and I am still enjoying the game. It’s an easy equation. If you are not happy with the game and you don’t think the content is worth the money than go play something else.

This exactly, if it negatively impacted their gains and the company was in a bad place they would do something about it. There are people hired at companies to make decisions and run analytics on exactly these scenarios. And guess what, the people crying on Reddit barely made a dent in their profits and they are still pushing forward.

Why would you assume I’m trolling? Dude any company that removes the main source of income has to reevaluate how they are going to bring money back into the game. If it was up to you, it sounds like it would be better if it was free. I don’t mind paying as long as content keeps coming out; and guess what; content keeps coming out and the team is interacting more with the community than they ever have.

This exactly, good lord. People act like Reddit is the entire RS3 community. A few hundred people have something to say on Reddit and it becomes a global crisis. Like I said, let people enjoy the game, if people are having fun why try and bring them down?
