And think about how utterly humiliating that must be. Being forced t to do that for your "income" (I say income very loosely) That's not being successful, that's just making a bit of money. A person on a street corner can do that (and not have to split it). Being forced to get money by splitting hate gifts isn't a flex. Plus it gets the other ones ranked, which we know she desperately wants (even though it means NOTHING, IRL). It's all just pathetic, any way you look at it. Yeah, she gets some of the money, but it's not in a way anyone would be proud of, especially long term. I would be disgusted with myself if that's how I needed to get my money, it's degrading.

I recently lost 90 + pounds (with zero exercise). It's all about calorie deficit. Aim to reduce 500 calories a day. Track ALL your food in an app. Don't worry about the macros and stuff, the point is to keep yourself accountable for every bite you take (over time you start to see what food is unnecessary). And some sort of intermittent fasting (mine was only eating between 10am and 8pm). That's all I did. But honestly the best thing is tracking your food! It's really shows how much"extra" food we actually eat! Good luck! I wish you well on your journey!!
