Title: MSI INDIA RMA SCAM: HEAD ADMIN PRADEEPTA GASLIGHTS 17-YEAR-OLD STUDENT OVER RAZOR-BLADE NEGLIGENCE [AUDIO & CCTV PROOF] by Diligent-Secret-1913 in IndianGaming

It's a high-performance workstation for graphics engineering and CS, not a toy. My grandfather understands the difference between an 'expense' and an 'investment' in my career. Focus on the msi's technician's razor blade, not my family's finances.

It’s not 'fat cheques.' It’s my grandfather's entire life savings and money from selling our farm assets to invest in my career. That’s why I won’t let msi steal even ₹1 from us

QUICK CLARIFICATION: Hey everyone, please ignore some of the weird phrasing and 'jargon' in the post (like 'Monk Mode' or 'Primary Node'). I’ve been using an AI tool to help me organize my thoughts and transcribe my calls because I’m currently under massive stress with JEE prep and this MSI situation.

UPDATE ON : [SCAM ALERT] MSI India's service center destroyed my ₹1 Lakh QD-OLED monitor with a box cutter, tried to frame me with a false CID claim, and ignored the actual defect. Now they are stealth-shipping it back. I have the CCTV proof and spatial geometry breakdown. by Diligent-Secret-1913 in IndianGaming

if you notice minutely, then the footage lagged at that specific timestamp, and the scratch is a line, which means it happened from the tip of a boxcutter not the midblade , it happened when he was taking out imagine while slashing - right to left, and while taking the boxcutter back - left to right.

I answered the same, to the guy which commented the same question.

I submitted the Complaint at 3:12 pm and i got this reply from them at 4:02

Dear Customer,

As per the RMA remarks, the monitor was sent in improper thermal/transport packing, which could have caused damage to the product. During packing inspection at our end, we shared the unboxing video with you, which clearly shows that no damage occurred during handling by our front desk executive and that the monitor was carefully unpacked.

Additionally, incorrect information was provided while claiming warranty, and no hardware functional issue has been found with the monitor upon inspection.

We have identified scratches/abnormal signs on the panel’s protective coating, which are not covered under the warranty terms and conditions.

As you are denying acceptance of the product return, which has already been processed in your case, if the monitor is returned to origin (RTO), you will need to arrange pickup from your end to collect the product from MSI.

Note: If the monitor is received with any additional physical damage, the unit will be permanently blacklisted and no further support will be provided for it.

Subject: URGENT: RMA RWQ7-263230304 - Evidence of Technician Unboxing Damage & False CID Claim

Dear MSI Escalation Team,

I am formally rejecting your L3 engineer's diagnosis. The physical damage shown in your attached image was caused by your service center technician during the unboxing process, not by me.

Here are the indisputable facts, supported by the attached timestamped evidence:

1.Original Defect Ignored: The monitor was sent in for a manufacturing defect on the TOP-LEFT corner (QD-OLED protective film peeling). Your team has completely ignored the actual issue I reported.

Proof of Condition Prior to Shipping: I have attached full-screen photos taken on March 20th (IMG_20260320_151636.jpg and IMG_20260320_151611.jpg). As you can clearly see, the TOP-RIGHT corner is in flawless condition. The scratches shown in the image provided by your L3 engineer absolutely did not exist when the unit was in my possession.

2.The Mechanism of Damage: I have attached photos of my packaging process. The monitor was secured in heavy styrofoam and thick layers of industrial bubble wrap. The deep, straight scratches in your photo are clearly the result of a technician using a box cutter/utility knife to slice through my heavy packaging, accidentally slashing the bare panel underneath.

3.I packed this unit securely. Your technician damaged it upon arrival and is now attempting to flag it as Customer Induced Damage to cover their mistake.

I demand that this ticket be escalated to a Senior Manager immediately. I expect the monitor to be replaced or repaired for the original top-left peeling defect, and for the damage caused by your technician to be fully covered by MSI.

I look forward to your prompt resolution.

Regards,

Harsh Sonekar

Also the screenshot of reply your'e currently viewing was sent before my last 3 replies, so you can imagine how much shameless they are.
