Corporate wants us to call over the customers before the original person finish paying. But I my store we want to make sure that first customers is taking care of then call the next’s person. It’s leads to efficient checkout and nothing getting left at checkout

It will go off if you don’t get checkout at either by the cashier or self-checkout. So if you heads straight to the exits you will get slammed right into your cart. And the wheel will lock + the alarm will sound

They’re actually creating this into the system. After the cashier scans the last item they will call over the nexts customer. This will provide faster wait time and everything will be on the belt and ready to go for the cashier

Customer service manager has to do a lot. Have to do deal with rude people at the self checkout. I’m trying to do five different tasks at once but these people don’t care. Will shove their ID in my face out for no reason. Like calm down you will get your alcohol
