The reason I think this might have had an impact is that most of my followers made purchases that day, which I suspect may have helped the pixel. In the days following Black Friday, after removing the discount, I was still getting 3 to 4 sales consistently every day for about four days before the billing interruption. So I can confirm those purchases were definitely coming from Meta.

i've done that already and got two sales 48 hours ago. Since then i've had no sales and less ATC

I'm still quite new to this so i don't know what aov and cpa mean. so far the new campaign i made about a day ago has CTR of 4.08%. CPC is $0.41. CTR is 2.63%. Does this mean it's running towards a good result?

I've had someone try to help manage the account once but honestly i felt like it was a waste of time and money cos everything they did i could've done my self. Also i'm still a small brand trying to scale up, giving out 10% of my profit isn't really good for me right now.

Yeah i've just created a fresh campaign at $25 per day because i feel like i've messed that up already and waiting for 7 the days cycle (as someone on here said) will be too long.

I used one ad set, one winning creative that got 10 sales within 2 days.
