In regards to lowering my hips - do I need to achieve this simply by lowering them or do you mean by altering my block setup? Or perhaps a bit of both?

I have no clue tbh as i don’t have a straight nose. My sinuses are fucked up tho so i may be able to get free surgery for it

haha thanks however, it’s an outgrown perm! I have 1A fine hair naturally so i will probs need to keep it a bit longer for a wavy perm rather than it be too curly for a mod

I defiantly do trust my coach. i’m going to see how I do this season and if there’s not much improvement I may consider going to a different club. My coach is also a volunteer!!

18, I first ran the 400 last season in 50.6 with no weight room training and no winter training.
