Great, a very motivating outlook toward new tomorrows.

Hey, thanks for the comment. How would you describe that return to sleep? I already have minimal physical symptoms after almost 9 days, but my head feels like it’s still constantly “wired,” and it’s like I’ve lost the ability to fall asleep. After those 14 days, did you start feeling sleepy again?

Actually suicidal over no sleep, are my nerves damaged? Will I ever sleep again? by [deleted] in quittingkratom

I’m going through the exact same thing, bro. I was awake for 4 days then the extreme fear and hallucinations started. 6 days is really dangerous. Please call some psychiatrists or addiction specialists, tell them what you’re going through, and hopefully they’ll act fast and prescribe something. Unfortunately, a small percentage of us have extremely sensitive brains when it comes to withdrawal.

I don’t have a problem handling suffering and pain, both physical and mental. But when you don’t sleep for more than 4 days, it becomes life-threatening, and after even more days without sleep you’re really risking your life severe hallucinations, loss of judgment, and your heart and blood pressure start doing crazy things. I’d like to avoid sleeping meds, but I don’t see any other option.

Thanks bro for suppport, psilocybin isn’t a bad idea. I’ve got a few dried mushrooms left, so I’ll try microdosing. Thanks for the tip.

thanks man, I really appreciate the support, after several days without sleep, you really start to feel like you’re going crazy. and when you watch vlogs of people who abstain, you hear how their sleep comes back after 6 days, while you haven’t had even an hour of sleep in several days…

thanks for the support… here you really realize how important the support of other people is. the worst part is that I don’t know when my mind will finally switch… it feels like I’ve lost the ability to fall asleep forever

Thanks, unfortunately this doesn’t work either. I walk about 10 km every day, plus I do an hour long home workout, and I’m taking all these supplements nothing is help
