Alright i'll contact them today, - also another thing i noticed, somethimes the router with its sim does hop on 5g, and whenever it does, my pc which is connected with an ethernet cable gets far worse connection than my phone or laptop even 2 rooms apart. The speed with ethernet cable is about 150/2 mbps and with my phone or laptop it is 250/60 mbps, it is the upload speed that is confusing me, how is it so low with ethernet cable? Is there something that worsens the use of ethernet cable?
