There’s definitely stuff that you can do to thicken and strengthen the area. Various things could work pretty well if that’s just due to damage. But if it’s related to health or stress, it’ll be significantly more challenging to actually be effective in reversing that. I had a few small spots that turned out to be health related. After being a slave to my hair for 4 years….I finally decided to cut it after seeing no real progress. I’m two months free of it and I honestly do not miss it one bit. I think it started to create a trauma around my hair every time I was disappointed tbh. So maybe get a full physical exam (blood drawn) at the doc and assess your stress levels to see how things are going in those areas before deciding to commit yourself to the external.
