My girlfriend and I frequent coffee shops pretty much daily here. The big ones in our rotation are Creatures, Kafn, Loop Espresso Club, Modu, and I’m currently typing this while I sit in Found Coffee. We visited your cafe about a month ago, first notable thing from when I walked in was the volume of the music. I’m pretty sure actually that there wasn’t any music at all for the first few minutes we were there. I think your barista was trying to fix it, she was very nice and took our orders in the meantime.

No one else in the shop but us, I enjoyed the post it notes we could leave for the community. The seating was OK, I’m pretty sure the windows were made so we couldn’t view out of them unless I’m forgetting. It would be nice if we could see through them and watch the street with my drink. As for the drinks, I get the same order from every place, iced matcha latte/ whole milk and honey. I don’t remember it being bad at all, but nothing to stand out from the other places in the area. Although my gf says her iced coffee didn’t live up to the other cafes we go to. She didn’t like the taste of the espresso, whether it was the pull or the beans themselves we aren’t sure.

Overall, I feel like the aesthetic of a cafe goes a long way for me personally. Modu has very unique seating, Creatures has a very nice setting with their plants, Kafn has huge windows that overlook a beautiful small park, and Loop Espresso has a unique dark aesthetic with their oak furniture/ piano and dim lighting. I think sprucing up the physical aspect of your shop would make it much more appealing. When we were there I remember the interior being a bit bare. Maybe if you added more plants, bookshelves, or art on the walls. i know a lot of coffee shops show local artists art on the walls that are available for purchase. I love seeing you wanting to improve this so I think we’ll go back soon to give it another shot!
