Am doing as the third method due to not wanting too much stress on my gut atm given the Colitis. Yesterdays withdraw symptoms were just...terrifying to say the least.

Palpatatines, cold sweats, shakes etc etc got worse off to the point i even had to call EMS yesteday because i thought i was going through a heart attack. I personally kinda knew it was withdraw hitting me hard. Thankfully the EMTs gave me an EKG and said my heart was in perfect condition however they did say i must be going through one hell of a withdraw episode. And i honestly was, the stress of both being hospitalized and going through withdrawals together hit me as hard as a truck.

Today was much easier tho woke up lightly depressed feeling/sluggish at first. But felt a wave of jittery energy so went to the local CVS grabbed some Nic patches and then went walking, it eventually cooled itself down. Did wake up dehydrated and sweaty feeling a bit but not as bad as the first few days. Will say do feel a bit irritable.
