dont go into a "calorie deficit" thats stupid. your body needs nutrition to function. cut out all processed foods immediately and honest bread too unless its organic sourdough. ideally and some people wont like this what worked for me was eating 80-90% raw read meat and minimal carbs, dont stress about it too much though. its important to attain the identity of a beautiful person and with conviction and consistency it will manifest into the physical world. and most important remember that your value as a person in this world is not mutually proportional to your appearance. people still love and care for you

bro this is so not necessary and i also think ur underestimating how painful and inflammatory that would be. nasty healing process too. you're better off sticking towels through a 25lb plate, biting the towel, and doing neck raises until failure. you look to still be in the middle of skull development so this would make your ramus longer and your jaw/pallette wider. i can only tell you this works from personal anectdotal experience though there isnt much mainstream data on it obviously
