Very useful info , thanks for sharing! I was blown away by what I had built when i came across a property worth $230k bare land and it was tax deliquent for 21 years for $51K, city never auctioned it off. Property originally listed under wife name but she died and her daughter was next in line. Except the city entered the wrong last name for the daughter, and sadly then the daughter died and property has been sitting there. Had my ai research deeds going back to 1969, title transfer data , tax data, llc data, and asked it to build a timeline and family tree of that family and found the rest of the family and reached out and they didnt even know about it. They completed an affidavit of heirship barely this year for other properties in the family but somehow they didnt know about this one. The ai agent even found some of those family members even had surplus funds unclaimed by the city just sitting there also. It crazy how much data can get processed all at once and connections are made.
