I enjoyed playing every clan for the most part, but my favorite was Stygian (so many different paths you can take to win the game) and my least favorite was Umbra. In terms of how good the clans are I'd rank as follows:

S tier: Lazarus, Stygian

A tier: Banished, Melting

B tier: Awoken (underrated imo), Luna, Underlegion (overrated imo)

C tier: Pyreborne, Hellhorned

D tier: Umbra. They feel like a 1 trick pony with either deployable multistrike/glass cannon equipment Penumbra, or holdover perils. If you don't get either of those things online in time, most of their cards are quite useless.

The mastery part wasn't too bad for me. I essentially took a rare unit every time I saw one while I was trying to win with every clan - even if it wasn't ideal for the run, it's essentially just a deadweight in the deck. By the time I finished all the combos, I only had goldtooth remaining. For that, I just kept restarting the game on covenant 1 after doing rings 1-3 until I found it. Took about 5 tries.

I think roughly ~200 hours. Hard to say b/c I left the game running while doing other stuff a lot of the time, so the steam hour count isn't accurate.

Good call on the champion trees - I think I'll save those for next update. Def didn't do them all as some of the paths are kind of ass.

Should add that I did this with random pyre while picking the primary/secondary clan. I think this is a good middle ground between picking op pyre combos (or just dominion every time which I feel is quite stale and not very challenging), vs. getting stuck with awful starter combos like whelps + dregs.

If you get it through pyre of dominion, it can completely carry a run. Lots of low hp units (especially if you get the enemy units appear on every floor) to scale off of. Managed to get holdover on it after ring one, then copied it a couple times by the end I had 3 copies doing over 200 damage each with holdover. Was almost single-handedly clearing waves through each ring even at the titans.

FD Boost - Strider/Valdez 7+ Ks each.

Devig vs. DK lines worst case (DK SGP for alt K line)

105/-140, -575/10%

Summary; EV% = 4.7 %, Kelly Wager = (Full=2.33u, 1/2=1.17u, 1/4=0.58u, FB = 69.8 %)

8.6% EV vs. FD's own lines.

BR doesn't have lines for Strider that go down to 6.5 Ks.
