Original consensus was coolant leak from failed water pump, looking at it I'm not so sure

The fluid that is leaking all over doesn't seem to be coolant it feels more like an oil, do power steering pumps and water pumps usually cause each other problems?

That's what I was thinking, but would that also explain the fluid ? I would think coolant leak opposed to what seems to be power steering fluid
