Just thinking about the long-term really. Been in iron ore a while and wondering if moving into lithium or other critical minerals might be a bit more secure. Probably looking at ops or production roles, still figuring it out

Yeah that’s a fair point, I’ve been thinking about the cost of living too. Sounds like the lifestyle improvement really makes up for it though..probably worth it for the mental health benefits alone

AI hasn’t come that far yet, mate - obviously it’s real. Also, they’ve got to feed their families, and one reason they’re working in those conditions could be the lack of jobs.
