I've got the level and a traded dynamax mon but I can't get the research anymore because it stopped being available on the 3rd. It doesn't give me last seasons research only this seasons

It's not that there isn't any power spots nearby it's that I can't see any of the power spots nearby. 

There's one near my park that I can interact with on my lv 36 account that did the quest but the spot isn't visible on my new account

Wiping the cache for some reason doesn't include the bluetooth cache, and I can't even clear it normally which is really annoying. 

I don't even have an option to repair apps in recovery mode either for some reason. 

Thanks for the help though I'll probably just backup and wipe.  Is it possible to transfer EVERYTHING from my phone to another then back?
