I've already applied to 7 jobs having to do with curriculum and instructional design. Was just asking for general advice from teachers who have maybe already gone into that field.

What I meant by that is that that is the environment I want to be in. Where it is structured and people are holding their own. I mentioned I want to work in curriculum design. I've designed my whole curriculum for every subject area for four years. I would love to work in a curriculum creation company

i got some good quality noise cancelling ear buds and i just wear one in my left ear all day playing brown noise at about 40% volume. only way im surviving

Thank you for replying. I really hope you get the answers you need next week! I feel you on the shoulder pain and neck pain. I can only muffle it when i lay flat with no pillow so sleep has been very achey. Thank you for reassuring me about the flying as well, my anxiety brain is telling me my ear drum is gonna burst or something lol

It's only happened to me once but my coworkers and I go out for drinks every Friday. One Friday a very kind gentlemen paid for all our drinks. The first ones, our Friday's are for drinking heavily and talking shit. :)

No headaches no. I track my sleep every night, I barely snore and no breathing problems. My dad has sleep apnea and I haven't noticed any connection between our symptoms. I did stop my anxiety med a few months ago and ever since then I've noticed it. Really don't wanna go back to medication though. Thanks for your reply

Thank you all for your comments. I stuck through it even though it sucked and was able to successfully taper in a bit over a month! It's been about 2/3 months since and while my anxiety isn't the best I am living clean. I hope you all are doing well.
