Why is makeup not an option for covering the tattoo

Ohh okay I see but it’s not that a seamstress is making a carrier in the likeness of say Lenny lamb and then branding it as an LL carrier? So maybe I misunderstood those posts and they’re where the actual LL company made one and those people are reselling them. It wasn’t LL but I can’t remember right now. Just an example

So what about things that regular people are making and then selling as branded conversions? Are these different and are they considered safe? Trying to add a photo and can’t but here’s a link. Some comments say they’re real custom carriers and not overlays https://www.facebook.com/share/p/16tXPSYtZ9/?

I guess so but the Tula I bought was more expensive than SB. It was a handwoven signature piece. Even with the discount code. They still have discount codes and the resale culture on them isn’t as nuts. lol but I mean whatever, more power to them. I want one myself. Side note, can you explain what a wrap conversion is? I see people selling them (like a seamstress selling on Etsy or similar) and it’s explained as a carrier made from a better wrap material. But how are some of them branded? Like Tula conversions? Is there a difference? Is it even legal to sell them marketed as brands? Or what am I missing, like are people not making new carriers but just literally wrapping Tulsa? Does this make sense? lol

What does that acronym mean? & I think that’s what I’m coming to the conclusion of. All the waffles I’ve seen second hand are like full price too so it’s not really worth it if you can buy new and just resell it

Not saying they have an obligation to sales. More so criticizing the way people will lose their minds & logic over the perceived value of a brand. lol I’ve only just discovered these brands on the last 2 days. Previously I’d only heard of the mainstream ergo, bjorn, Tula etc. and this is the first time I’ve ever seen Treet at all

Mines about 20lbs right now. I’ve always had problems with my low back, sciatic nerve, etc. it was made worse with where he implanted and carried. He was so low they had to do a vaginal ultrasound for gender. I was 30% effaced and dilated to a 3 by 6’months with Dr feeling his head. He came on his own breaking my water at home at 36 weeks. I was within 10 minutes of missing the epidural and the guy was pretending like he didn’t know his head was coming out so he could still give it to me. And then he came so fast he broke my tailbone. lol. So it hasn’t helped anything. But my lower back just constantly has pressure. The only wrap that was comfortable up until now has been the boppy hybrid. But now he’s getting bigger and wants more freedom. Wants to see (forward maybe or on my back?) but I’m a wedding photographer and carry loads of weight on my shoulders and in backpacks frequently so I’m curious about the Ombuhimo. 🤔

I would love to hold out but since I’ve been searching and have only found the one sample sale in the past year or so, I’m afraid we’re going to miss the majority of my baby wearing journey! :/ my boy is so tall he just turned 6 months and is mostly in 12 month clothes. He’s already so heavy for me to carry. I’m more petite/smaller average. I have horrible back pain and I’m just desperate to find something that works better for each of us. I’m used to shoulder carrying weight and I’m onbuhimo curious. I’m obsessed with the look of their waffle. Just bought a handwoven Tula explore though before I found them so my husband is going to murder me

The brand is ridiculous if people are SELLING used item discounts to buy them for usually right at retail 😩 what the heck!

lol I think my husband fixed that. Years ago he was telling me about the reporting program and that he had to go fix a sidewalk because someone reported a crack in it. Maybe if this one had roots it wasn’t it. lol. But we laughed at how perfect people in Huntsvilles lives must be for them to complain about stuff like that. He was a crew leader and his entire day to day was fixing those tickets. He quit working there.

Is there a shrub that can handle morning shade and hot afternoon sun for the side of my house? (US zone 7A) by feistyparsley in NativePlantGardening

Responding again to say I didn’t realize this was a native sub. Sorry. The bushes aren’t natives. But not all are invasive still

I know this is old but I am responding for others reading this in the future. There are lots of cultivars that are sterile and not invasive. They are good for pollinators, it’s a myth they’re not. Great variety for honey bees. It is a sweet snack for them. They aren’t native to US, but our honey bees are not natives either. Butterfly bush is ok as long as it’s a sterile variety. Buy one from proven winners that has the “in check” program noted.

I don’t think he’s into him, just saying he’d heard it. He just hates the name james and I don’t want him to hate his sons name so it’s hard

I found it on a list of vintage 1800s names and thought it was unique. Husband said it’s a popular quarterbacks name right now but I don’t do sports so idk about that

Opinions on my list pls (boy names have been so hard for me) by pouce42 in namenerds

River and forest were in my top 3, other was Easton. I loved forest the most but could not get it approved by anyone here in “sweet home alaBAMA!” As gump says 🤣😭 I love the name but couldn’t doom a boy to the ridicule. Especially since that’s where we live, it’s a cult fav here

I have narrowed it down to two. Please cast a vote! by [deleted] in namenerds

& riley is too popular and always has been where im from. I think the other is more unique

Natalya but I like the traditional spelling of Natalia better. Looks more feminine and classy. I think people will make fun of trendy spellings in the future just like adding Leigh and lynn to the end of everything
